- Identified private Akamai download issue caching.
- A staff member resigned but was convinced to stay with Nacho's big help.
- Migration of 200+ sites from Drupal 8 to Drupal 9 with minimal issue with the help of content team last August.
- During Drupal 9 migration, my trust on the team was tested and improved. The lack thereof was also exposed. It also exposed the team's weakness on Git.
- During Drupal 9 migration, I had a taste of the need to defend our unit from another team, respectfully. I also saw how my boss defended me.
- Asked for feedback for all my staff members on how they are doing (https://bryanmanalo.com/asking-feedback-performance-it-professional).
- Created a contrib module (https://www.drupal.org/project/reauthenticate).
- Started brownbag/dev development sessions every Friday.
- Completed 4 hour coaching session with Laurenne Di Salvo (https://www.linkedin.com/in/laurennedisalvo/?originalSubdomain=au). Thank you IOM!
- Through the coaching session, it helped me to see that I don't have to be a pro-management or pro-employee. I just need to be clear on my expectations.
- Fixed MMP data issue together with Ray and Pol last October.
- A staff member resigned last October.
- Delivered Solr search work alternative request from Nacho.

- Completed one on one with all staff members. Got to know each one of them more.
- Mignet site was attacked, and learned more about security and private access behavior.
- Identified setup issue on temp files causing weird issues.
- Experience slight conflict on deadlines with another team during a call.
What did I learn in 2022?
Gideon's story and his 300 men. This has been a recurring theme in 2022 for me. This is a source of comfort for me because I know that it is not by my skill, power or anything within me, it is about God's hand and favor alone.
2 The Lord said to Gideon, “You have too many men. I cannot deliver Midian into their hands, or Israel would boast against me, ‘My own strength has saved me.’
Judges 7:2
